Thank you… and Happy New Year!

Only 3 hours left of this amazing year… and what a whirlwind it’s been for me!  I’ve spent the past week or so looking back at all the images I’ve taken over the past year and I honestly can’t believe where this year has taken me.  In the past 12 months I have met some truly wonderful people and some very special families.  I have learnt so so much about the art of photography and the needs of growing a business.  I have learnt how much I adore my AMAZING family, and how much my loving husband and beautiful daughter adore me.

But the stand out for me this year, now that I am looking back, is what I have learnt about myself.  I cannot believe how much I have grown this year, in every aspect of my life.

2009 has been one of the most influential years of my life so far, and I put that down to what my photography has given me over the last 12 months.  It has given me passion and thirst to learn and grow at every opportunity, to take away from every circumstance something that will empower me.  It has given me the continuous desire to give my 110% to this business that I have grown, and to keep growing it into the amazing business I want it to be.  It has taught me that I can achieve great things, and with this passion and desire, I will continue to exceed my own expectations at every stage.

So, with these thoughts, I want to say thank you, to each and everyone of my clients that have allowed me to witness and capture their loved ones this year.  Thank you for supporting me and my business this year, as it is you that has made 2009 such a special year for me.  Your support and confidence in me means so so much to me.  I wish each of you an amazing year ahead in 2010, and I hope it brings you much more than you could hope for.  I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future!
